Denholm Folk Club was great fun on Thursday night. I really enjoyed performing and also hearing the other musicians play. The crowd were really friendly and laughed in all the right places! We hope we'll get the opportunity to play down in the Borders again soon.

Thanks very much to Miriam, Kenny and Mac. Also thanks to Will. Kenny, the food was lovely and I'm sure Stevie enjoyed the veg!

After the gig, I drove down to Bath for my friends wedding. I sang our version of Songbird to a backing CD. The backing track was great, Stevie, so thanks for all your hard work. I purposefully hid in the background so that the focus would be on the happy couple dancing their first dance, but the general consensus was that it was beautiful and most people thought that it was a recording being played by the DJ! LOL. Mission accomplished.

I'm now looking forward to Stan Graham's album launch and to working on my album.
