Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a simple, enjoyable and positive experience. It can help with a variety of issues and conditions. The sessions are approximately 50% interaction, 50% relaxation. At first, I was really nervous. Jayne made me feel so relaxed, looked after, and so peaceful in every session. I even started to love how relaxed I felt in trance at the end of each session. I now understand WHAT my brain is doing and WHY it is doing it. This then allows me to engage with my thoughts to think differently and act accordingly. I can now reason with my anxiety and stresses. And for the first time in my life I feel as though I am finally the one in the driver’s seat of my own mind. Things that used to stress me out or be a trigger simply aren’t things I waste my time worrying about anymore. I’ve even started to forget that I even did worry in the first place! I am much more calm and confident as a person and I know that if there’s ever something that worries me then I’ll figure it out with a positive and solution focused mind.
I am much more kind to myself, so much more forgiving and when things go a bit pear shaped in life (as things always do) I know I’ve got this. I had all of my sessions done over zoom which was the best for me. I could get all cozy in the comfort of my own home and have a lovely session with Jayne.

I'm Jayne Sarah and I've been a massage therapist for more than sixteen years. I decided that in addition to offering remedial and therapeutic massage for aching bodies and problematic muscles, I'd like to have some skills to help my clients' mental health too. The link between the way we think and the way we physically feel fascinates me.
