The sessions are 50% interaction, 50% relaxation. A peaceful consultation room set within a therapy centre environment in Westbury-on-Trym. This location has on street parking and two local car parks and is also on main bus routes to Bristol City Centre and Cribbs Causeway. The tranquil, quiet setting is ideal to help you take some time out to focus on yourself.
If you have mobility requirements, please note that there is a step at the entrance to the building. If you require the session to take place in a ground floor room, please notify me at the time of booking and I will arrange this for you.
My fantastic City Centre base is right next door to The RSPCA Bristol Cats and Dogs Home, located within a CrossFit Gym. With parking directly outside the building, this is a friendly busy, bustling location. The consulting room is located on the first floor, up a flight of stairs.
I'm Jayne Sarah and I've been a massage therapist for more than eight years. I decided that in addition to offering remedial therapy for aching bodies and problematic muscles, I'd like to have some skills to help my clients' mental health too.
