Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a simple, enjoyable and positive experience. It can help with a variety of issues and conditions. It's backed by Neuroscientific Research and is a completely logical process. I don't make you act like a chicken or anything else crazy. I simply help you to make the changes you want to make so that you can be the way you want to be and the way you think you should be.

The sessions are 50% interaction, 50% relaxation. To book in for an Initial Consultation where we can have a chat, I can explain how the brain works and help you understand why and how we are affected by anxiety, anger and depression, just give me a call, email or complete the contact form. Together, we will decide how many sessions you might need to help you to achieve your goals; then you get to take home a free Relaxation Recording to help you get started.

Before I met Jayne I was struggling with self harm, anxiety and depression. Now after being with Jayne for 8 sessions I feel confident and able to tackle life head on. Listening to her track at night always put me in a relaxed mood, the sessions were focused on positive things which helped me to divert my attention and appreciate the good things no matter how small or big. The things that troubled me have become less and less troubling in just 2 months! I feel better within myself, I have seen positive changes in myself, I feel good about myself, my self belief and self worth have increased, I feel calmer, happier and I’m loving myself more deeply. Hypnotherapy with Jayne has been such a positive and life changing experience. I have learnt that it isn’t about worrying about the ‘problem’ I’m having, but that with the tools Jayne has given me, I can reach that positive mindset which allows me to not only solve the ‘problem’, but realise that often it isn’t a problem at all!

As it was often hard for me to travel to have sessions with Jayne in person, I had the majority of my sessions through video chat. Through video chat I still felt that Jayne was in the room with me, which was comforting. Also I found it was nice to be in my own comfortable space when we got to the trance part at the end of our sessions.

I have enjoyed every session with Jayne, after each one feeling positive about making achievable changes. I truly believe Jayne has changed my life; I continue to improve after our sessions with the tools she has given me, feeling happier everyday.

My peaceful consultation room is set within Rombourne's beautiful, Serviced Executive Office buildings in Westbury-on-Trym. This tranquil, quiet setting is ideal to help you take some time out to focus on yourself.

If you're on foot, please enter through the main building and the receptionist will greet you there. I have Car Parking Space 16 inside the car park, so if you're driving, please come to the car park gate on Henbury Road at the time of your appointment, press the buzzer and tell Reception you are here to see Jayne Sarah. 

Please note that because of Covid-19, there is no longer a waiting area, so please either stay in your car until the time of your appointment, or arrive at the exact start time of your appointment. Thank you.

About Jayne Sarah

I'm Jayne Sarah and I've been a massage therapist for more than eight years. I decided that in addition to offering remedial therapy for aching bodies and problematic muscles, I'd like to have some skills to help my clients' mental health too.

I personally find Solution Focused Hypnotherapy brilliant for reducing stress and anxiety, enabling me to have better self-control in situations that would have previously made me feel angry. It has helped me to reduce my fear of spiders, increase my confidence and helped me to be a happier person.

It's a brilliant, empowering process, that provides you with an understanding of how the mind works and a framework for thinking so that you can cope in any situation. I graduated from the Clifton Practice with more than 230 clinical hours of experience. Since qualifying I've worked with a wide range of clients issues, phobias and desires to change. I can't wait to share my knowledge with you, helping you to find new ways to relax, make positive changes and feel good.
