Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a simple, enjoyable and positive experience. It can help with a variety of issues and conditions. It's backed by Neuroscientific Research and is a completely logical process. I don't make you act like a chicken or anything else crazy. I simply help you to make the changes you want to make so that you can be the way you want to be and the way you think you should be.

The sessions are 50% interaction, 50% relaxation. To book in for an Initial Consultation where we can have a chat, I can explain how the brain works and help you understand why and how we are affected by anxiety, anger and depression, just give me a call, email or complete the contact form. Together, we will decide how many sessions you might need to help you to achieve your goals; then you get to take home a free Relaxation Recording to help you get started.

Hypnotherapy was different to what I expected. More talking & coaching than simply “being hypnotised”, but it was all well explained throughout and my initial natural scepticism was quickly left behind. Jayne helped me address some confidence/anxiety issues, and helped me prepare for a job promotion interview. Jayne was always willing to try and fit me in around my work patterns, and fit me in for a couple of emergency sessions when something bad had happened to help me overcome the situation.
I listen to the relaxation track provided by Jayne most nights. It really helps me (and my wife) get into a deep sleep really quickly, and we both feel much more positive and rejuvenated in the days after we’ve had the track on. It really is noticeable. We’re just more energetic, productive and positive.
Had a couple of ‘eureka’ moments during my time with Jayne about my internal thought processes and how I could easily make myself happier in all aspects of life, rather than focusing on work and home life as separate entities.

Jayne worked with me on my irrational fear of going underwater. My peaceful consultation room is set within Rombourne's beautiful, Serviced Executive Office buildings in Westbury-on-Trym. There is on street parking and two local car parks nearby. Westbury-on-Trym is on main bus routes to Bristol City Centre and Cribbs Causeway. This tranquil, quiet setting is ideal to help you take some time out to focus on yourself. Please enter through the main building and the receptionist will greet you there.

About Jayne Sarah

I'm Jayne Sarah and I've been a massage therapist for more than eight years. I decided that in addition to offering remedial therapy for aching bodies and problematic muscles, I'd like to have some skills to help my clients' mental health too.

I personally find Solution Focused Hypnotherapy brilliant for reducing stress and anxiety, enabling me to have better self-control in situations that would have previously made me feel angry. It has helped me to reduce my fear of spiders, increase my confidence and helped me to be a happier person.

It's a brilliant, empowering process, that provides you with an understanding of how the mind works and a framework for thinking so that you can cope in any situation. I graduated from the Clifton Practice with more than 230 clinical hours of experience. Since qualifying I've worked with a wide range of clients issues, phobias and desires to change. I can't wait to share my knowledge with you, helping you to find new ways to relax, make positive changes and feel good.
