My massage therapy work includes a wide range of remedial and therapeutic techniques, each adapted to your individual needs. I regularly support runners, swimmers, and other athletes with pre event and post event sports massage to enhance performance and aid recovery. I also work extensively with clients experiencing neck and back discomfort linked to postural strain, including issues related to mobile phone use and desk based work.
Alongside remedial treatments, I offer luxurious, holistic full body massage sessions that draw on all of my skills to create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. These treatments are designed to help clients unwind, settle their nervous system, and support a sense of balance and calm.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

As an Advanced Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I offer a positive, forward looking therapeutic approach that supports adults, teens, and children in building confidence, improving sleep, reducing stress, and creating meaningful change. Hypnotherapy is available both in person and remotely, making it accessible wherever you are. It can be helpful for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety related conditions such as OCD, agoraphobia, social anxiety, and IBS, anger issues, low mood, addictions, fears and phobias and emotional overwhelm.

Massage Workshops for Two are an ideal experience for couples who would like to support their health, embrace relaxation, and spend some valuable quality time together. These private 2.5 hour sessions are professionally led and designed to teach pairs how to deliver a safe, effective, and relaxing massage for everyday wellbeing.
