Jayne really knew what she was talking about and targeted the areas that needed it most. The treatment was relaxing but also felt like it was doing good to my muscles. Since the treatment, my muscles feeling more limber. Jayne had good tips on how to stop aches and pains. Jayne was really friendly and I really enjoyed the massage - I felt like I was in trustworthy hands.

We had a couples massage lesson and it was brilliant! We came out feeling so relaxed, but the experience itself was lovely too - really focused on us, and gentle but instructional. We also got sent a video of the techniques so we don't forget them. Immediately felt relaxed and had looser muscles. No side effects. We will use the massage techniques on each other in future, so this will have lasting benefits. The workshop was very useful, it helped us to learn safe and effective techniques for back massage.

The workshop was really comprehensive, thoughtful and well designed. I loved the intro to theory and the body at the start - it made a real difference to how I approached the practice. Jayne Sarah was clear in her instructions and sensitive to our needs but also loads of fun which made it a really enjoyable 2 hours!

The workshop was fantastic. Jayne was friendly, calm and relaxed and made us feel at ease straight away. It was very useful looking at the diagrams of muscles before starting. Jayne was very generous with her time and didn't rush things. The workshop over-ran, and we were very grateful for the extra time. She also took a few short videos of and sent them to us, which will help hugely when we try to remember the details of the various techniques. We both felt physically and mentally relaxed, and we had no aches or pains the next day. The workshop really enthused us, and we're looking forward to trying out the techniques at home. It was very useful, and exactly what we were hoping for. We always worried that we'd end up injuring each other if we tried massage without knowing what we were doing. We both have desk-based jobs and end up with tense backs and shoulders. This has given us the confidence to use Swedish massage techniques to ease off our muscles and help us relax.

The treatment definitely met my expectations, I explained what the issue was and Jayne concentrated on that area. Jayne was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening, which I appreciated. After the treatment I experienced more movement and less pain.
