From my first massage with Jayne Sarah, I have been really impressed by her scientific approach and the strength of her fingers! I have been back to her many times with specific problems for her to work on, as well as just to get lovely relaxing massages. She tailors each massage to exactly what you want on the day and I am so pleased I have found such a great therapist to go back to again and again.

The rigours of working as a busy Dental Surgeon pays a toll on my lower back, shoulders and neck, which can make simple activities of everyday life a real strain. I have been a client of Jayne’s for over 3 years and find that my monthly visits have ensured that these issues are kept at bay. Jayne is always professional and very knowledgeable. I have been having regular deep tissue sports massage with Jayne for a number of years now. She is great at working on both specific problems (like when I had knee problems from too much road running) and long term issues, including advice on stretching and posture to improve conditions generally. I am sure that if I followed all her advice I wouldn't need to visit her so often!
