Really good treatment. Jayne Sarah really knows her stuff. After 2 sessions the pain I was having had almost gone and it was all down to the massages I had received. Jayne Sarah is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease during your treatment.

The treatment was fantastic and Jayne Sarah had a really calming influence on me which was good as I was a little nervous as had never received treatment like this before. I have been back more than once and will continue with regular treatments. My sleep has improved, I don't wake up with dead or achy arms and my posture seems to have improved also. The flexibility in my arms is much better also as I was very tight before my first treatment Jayne Sarah, apart from being very skilled and knowledgeable in her trade is an excellent person to carry out the treatments as she has a very calming and relaxing influence and is also very nice to talk to, good fun conversation and a genuinely nice person. Good communication, attention to my sporting issues and tailoring the treatment to meet my needs was spot on. It meant that I felt assured that the treatment I received was not only what I wanted but what I needed: An easing off of the pains in the areas treated, more flexibility and a general feeling of release.
