Absolutely Brilliant. Massages to the firmness needed and really worked out the knots in my back and neck and shoulders. Very calm and professional lady! Very tired straight after but shoulders and neck eased the following day.

Class introduction was fantastic. It could have been an awkward situation, but you made it all really relaxed. The teaching was great and all the technical science detail was brilliant - very good for 2 scientific engineers who need to know how things work! It really was your personality and detail of the science that was great. You also listened really well and judged what we wanted out of it, and didn't just give it lip service - really properly understood current conditions and areas for work. Thanks again, it was a great class.

The treatment was very good, relaxing and enjoyable. Hot stones were a great addition and could feel the difference. Although I was sore for 24 hours after the treatment it was definitely not as painful and after that my neck is much better. Have been making sure I drink plenty of water as instructed!
