Thorough introduction and pleasant easy presentation style, put my wife and I at ease. Really liked the mirror approach to tuition, and the continuous coaching. It was so good more time would have been nice :) My shoulders felt unbelievably relaxed for the next day though I have experienced some tenderness in my neck since. The class was very useful - wished I had had that tuition years ago.
